A longtime employee with ADC, Rich was a crucial component to the purchase and renovation of our headquarters property, and acts as our Business Consultant on Special Projects since January 1, 2022 after his retirement. Rich brings over 30 years of successful community development experience to the organization, with a focus on developing and improving commercial real estate properties. He also has public sector experience at the state and local levels, and enjoys assisting businesses in obtaining governmental approvals and financing assistance. He holds a BA in Economics and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
