Daika Ismail, with a bachelor’s degree of Social Science in Economics, has just joined Fannie Mae (January 2019) as Product Development Manager – Financial Services III. She leads process of developing and defining business requirements for mortgage products. Partner with lenders and customers on new business strategies. Conduct research and analyses. Assess market needs and opportunities. Provide recommendations. She has previously been in the Corporate Trust Services business line at U.S. Bank for 15 years as a Business Analyst. Daika worked with internal business groups to document, analyze, and redesign business processes. Additionally, (With US Bank) she managed projects and reviewed, coordinated, and executed test plans. She is an active community member, spending time volunteering with Junior Achievement, BestPrep and US Department of Homeland Security Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (DHS CRCL) Minnesota Quarterly Community Engagement. Daika is passionate about financial wellness and gender equality. She was selected as a 2017-2018 Policy Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. She also sits on the Executive and Finance Committee of ADC.
