Hibaq Farah is an accomplished Project Manager with wide-ranging experience on large-scale projects—start to completion. She worked for several years in this capacity with West Professional including concept development, planning, budgeting and cost management, operations analysis and performance monitoring, assessing and making process improvements—all while cultivating strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
She has also worked with EOS as an IT solutions recruiter. There, she has been responsible for consulting, recruitment strategies, tracing and metrics, client relationship management, lead generation and client brand promotion. Hibaq brought her wholistic approach to this work with expertise in optimizing recruitment processes, contract negotiations, addressing talent management and retention, workforce planning, employee management, negotiating contracts, and developing and implementing onboarding plans for new hires. Her work helped generate successful outcomes for leading hi tech enterprises like Meta, Indeed, Twitch, Amazon, Twitter and Google.
Hibaq earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. She is also a certified ScrumMaster and has been awarded a Google Project Management certificate.
