Adriana Abariotes Executive Director, took leadership of the Twin Cities program in 2007. Ms. Abariotes joined the Twin Cities office in 1999 to help oversee LISC’s grant-making programs and manage LISC’s external communications and public policy efforts. Ms. Abariotes now leads one of LISC’s most creative and robust local offices, focused on shifting toward more collaborative approaches, growing diverse leadership, and strengthening regional community development capacity. With over 20 years of experience, she draws from previous work with a range of organizations serving geographic, regional and cultural communities. She holds a B.A. from Macalester College and Masters Degree in Public Affairs from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota.
