Soga William Mbilima is a Finance Manager – Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at 3M Finance. In this role, Mr. Mbilima manages Lean Six Sigma project teams to enhance business and financial performance by systematically responding to pain points and defects, streamlining processes, creating speed, eliminating waste and driving operational excellence within Finance. Prior to this role at 3M, Mr. Mbilima served as an Advisory – Internal Audit Manager at KPMG’s Risk and Compliances Services practice specializing in internal audits, enterprise risk assessment, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance reviews for multiple sectors including Financial Services (Banking and Insurance). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and is a graduate from the University of Dar es Salaam – Tanzania and Oxford Brookes University – United Kingdom. He has over 13 years USA and International finance and accounting experience, 10 of which have been with KPMG’s Internal and External Audit Practices. Mr. Mbilima has been serving as ADC’s Loan Committee member since July 2012.
